Firearm Terms and Conditions
It is the purchaser's responsibility to comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws. All firearms must be collected in person by the actual purchaser at the Haag Ventures store or independent Federal Firearms Licensee ("FFL") selected at the time of purchase. We will call you to verify all details. Prior to completion of any firearm-related paperwork or the initiation of a background check, the actual purchaser must present a valid U.S. and/or state government-issued identification document, or a combination of government-issued documents, that reflect the purchaser's current residential address. The actual purchaser must be at least 18 years of age to purchase rifles and/or shotguns and at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, firearm receivers or frames, silencers/suppressors, or pistol-grip-only firearms. Where state or local law imposes stricter requirements, Haag Ventures will comply with such laws.
