Our Return Policy

Our products have a satisfaction guarantee of 14 days from delivery confirmation with the exception of our “non-returnable” items. See list below. All sales are final for these items. Based on the products we sell, all returns must be returned in the original packaging and in same condition as purchased. Returns and refunds may take up to 14 business days. 

You may opt to exchange or return the purchased item. Refunds will be issued back to original form of payment once we have received and verified your returned or exchanged item and may take up to 7-10 business days.

• In order to return an item, please email us at sales@haagventures.com
• All items must be in original packaging and shipped back the same way it was delivered.
• We will cover shipping costs on the exchanged item.
• Make sure all labels are visible and appropriately placed on shipping box.
• Please ship using an insured carrier as you are responsible for return shipping costs. Haag Ventures is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
